Welcome to the Aylesbury District Voluntary Group for Diabetes UK, registered charity No. 215199. Diabetes UK web site - see www.diabetes.org.uk. If you have diabetes, are caring for someone with diabetes or would just like to help us raise funds for Diabetes UK, then we hope you will join us. We usually meet every other month on the first Thursday of the month for a social gathering; usually at 8pm in the Community Centre, Eskdale Road, Stoke Mandeville. The programme is varied and there is often a speaker as well as time for an informal chat over tea and biscuits. For more details – see programme of events

The forecast is good, so we hope to see lots of you there! Don't forget, the Church Hall will be open between 11am and 3pm - call in for coffee and cake! Bring and Buy stall too!

Saturday 9th June - Charity Stall and Town Centre Collection. We still need volunteers to help us collect throughout the town on that day - so if you can give us even half an hour (or more) then please get in touch with Ken Parker on 01296 486269.

We urgently need you! 

Although we meet socially as a group, one of our primary objectives is to raise money for Diabetes UK. We do this in a number of different ways and we need your help with all of them.
